Despite California's high construction and development costs, Camino del Sol—a new affordable housing complex for seniors—was completed using the tax-exempt bond program and low income housing tax credits.

Responding to a community need for more affordable housing in Ventura County, the project includes one- and two- bedroom units in an attractive courtyard setting.

Construction and permanent financing was provided by US Bank and low-income housing tax credit equity was provided by Paramount Financial Group.
